Eligibility Criteria for Applying AP CM Relief Fund:
The applicant should fall under Below Poverty. probably a White Card Holder.
Must be eligible for both the Letter of Credit for Medical Treatment and the Reimbursement Form from the government only for a few listed ailments like Brain Tumor, Kidney Transplant, Liver Diseases etc.
You must have all the original certificates and all the documents supporting treatment.

Government employees, salaried employees.
If the claim is covered in any insurance plan.
