TSPSC Forest Department Eligibility Criteria:

Forest Section Officer : For this post, candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Botany or Horticulture or Physics or Forestry or Zoology or Chemistry or Statistics or Mathematics or Geology or Agriculture  as one subject or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Mechanical Engg / Chemical Engg / Civil Engg from any recognized university.

Forest Beat Officer: Intermediate examination or equivalent from a recognized university/ institution can apply for Telangana Forest Department Recruitment 2022.

Forest Range Officer: 18 Years to 28 Years

TS Forest Jobs Physical Requirements:

Forest Section Officer (FSO)

For Men:

Height: 163 Cms
Chest: 84 Cms
Chest expansion of not less than 5 cms with full inspiration.
Walking Test: For men is 25 Km, should be completed in 4 hours.

For Women:

Height: 150 Cms
Chest: 79 Cms
Chest expansion not less than 5 cms with full inspiration
Walking Test: For Women, 16 KM, should be completed in 4 hours.

Forest Range Officer (FRO) requirements:

Men:

Height: 163 Cms
Height for Reserved Category intenders: 152 Cms
Chest: 79 Cms
Full Inspiration expansion should not be less than 5 cms.
Walking: 25 Kms in 4 hours

Women:

Height: 150 Cms
Height for Reserved Contenders: 145 Cms
Chest: 74 Cms
Full Inspiration expansion not less than 5 cms.
Walking: 16 Kms in 4 hours

Forest Beat Officer (FBO) requirements:

Men:

Height: 163 Cms
Chest: 84 Cms
Chest expansion with not less than 5 cms when full Inspiration.

TS Forest Dept Jobs Application Fee:

Coming to the fees details, the application processing fee for General Category Candidates is  Rs. 200 and the examination fee for general Category intenders is Rs. 80. Where, as SC, SC and BC candidates of Telangana State/ Telangana State Unemployed aspirants in the age group of 18 to 31 years/ Ex-Servicemen has no fee. The application and exam fee can be paid online through SBI ePay by filling in the TSPSC ID, date of birth and other particulars.
