How To Register Your Property in Dharani Portal Telangana | Dharani Registration Online: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday announced that the ‘Dharani’ web portal for online registration of properties in the state will be launched on Dussehra. The Telangana government has launched a survey/enrolment of non-agricultural properties in gram panchayats, municipalities, and municipal corporations, including the GHMC limits, to update details on the Dharani portal for the issue of non-agricultural passbooks. This exercise can be completed at GHMC citizen service centers, Meeseva, or by logging into the mee Seva link. The portal is a part of the new Revenue Act, which came into force on September 22 after Governor Tamilisai Soundarajan gave her assent to four Revenue Bills that were passed in the state Legislature during the recent session

About Dharani

The government of Telangana intends to establish and manage a new Integrated Land Records Management System (“Dharani”) that combines Land administration and Registration services which serves as a single source of truth for all land parcels and discharge all land-related functions in an integrated, efficient and effective manner with all actions on a near real-time basis. Dharani also provides a GIS system which provides a visual representation of the land record data.

The expected outcomes of the Dharani system are:

• Efficient Land Administration through automation of workflow, backend digitization, integration of multiple applications of different departments, and adoption of innovative modern technology interventions.
• Combining the Registration and land records functions related to the Agricultural land.
• Single source of truth for all data pertaining to land records
• The automatic trigger for mutation the following registration or based on a request from the department or the citizens
• Real-time updation of textual data.
• Single window to handle land records (including the maintenance and updating of textual records, maps, survey and settlement operations, and Registration of immovable property).
